Roy was amazing throughout the process. This is the second time we used him to transport a vehicle from Florida to Hawaii. He was always quick to respond to our questions. The only area to improve upon with the process is the Matson vehicle tracker (which is not under Door to Door’s control)

I am not one to curse but working with Roy had me dropping F bombs.
Failed to provide any updates-I had to hound Roy constantly to have any clue of where my car was. Arrived over 24 hrs after Roy assured me it would and at 10PM. When I expressed my concerns with updates to Roy he took no responsibility whatsoever.
The process was messy and made moving across the country significantly more stressfully. In no way shape or form could I recommend this business to anyone.
