I am not one to curse but working with Roy had me dropping F bombs.
Failed to provide any updates-I had to hound Roy constantly to have any clue of where my car was. Arrived over 24 hrs after Roy assured me it would and at 10PM. When I expressed my concerns with updates to Roy he took no responsibility whatsoever.
The process was messy and made moving across the country significantly more stressfully. In no way shape or form could I recommend this business to anyone.
I was working with another company that initially quoted me a lot lower weeks prior. Then we get to 4 days prior and they come back with a quote $500 higher so I started shopping elsewhere. I found Door to door and Kelly reached out. All I wanted was a guaranteed price and in return I got a rude and unprofessional response. I realize you’re all brokers but this nonsense with quoting people a specific price and not being able to deliver is a joke. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a real price or the bare minimum of someone who actually gives AF. Do better.
