They are shady. BEAWRE–They DONOT pay for damages to your car during transit period! They will trick you when you are in need to get your car fixed. MA AG office has been notified. You will regret doing business with them if your car gets damaged. They are bonded agent and “poorly”insured. Their policy has $5000 deductible if damages are below that then they will not reimburse you for damages. They will deflect their incompetence to Cargo management their preferred shipping group for reimbursement on damages who are equally shady and crooks. CMG is poorly insured and unprofessionals to deal with.
My car was damaged during the transit by their drivers who didn’t secure the car properly. The car’s side and backside was pushed in against the rail and was shifting around -STAY AWAY from them if you want peace of mind. Don’t be fool by five stars reviews. See the car pics that their chop shop driver did to my car. Legal action is underway. Don’t be fooled by fake 5 star reviews!
Let me say this. These folks are amazing. I needed to ship my car from Boston to Georgia. Unfortunately my old self (age 31) gets tired of driving far so I can’t do it anymore. I first used montway but I saw so many bad yelp reviews I immediately panicked. Thank god they did not take my money. Then I googled this spot and Michael was so nice and on it for my shipping etc.
It took one day for my car to get here and it was in the same condition. These guys even drove when hurricane Ian was hitting up north and South Carolina/Georgia. Amazing work and now I won’t ever drive my car from Georgia to Boston again. I’ll just use this service from now on.
Nice experience working with them. Everything happened on timely manner. Responsible and reliable.
