WORST SERVICE AND RUDE ATTITUDE! Alan Perry the owner after getting your money he will ignore you when you ask for you shipping status (See the un replied text on the pictures attached). If you call him asking any news on the service that you are expecting delivery he responded in a rude attitude all the time, like he is making a “favor” to you and you need to wait when he decides to answer. I never though that he was very unprofessional handling the information needed for Customs, because as today I will start paying hefty Storage Fees caused for his poor handling of my container. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, On his last message Mr. Alan Perry said that he will BLOCK the communication with me while my shipping still on his handling power, absolutely intolerable. I will Sue him, his company and ROYAL SHIPPING IN MIAMI (The company in charge of the vessel) if my losses are greater than 1K For sure.

If I could only pick three words about my experience with Alan at East West Auto Transport it would be: fast, trustworthy, and dependable.
I had a car accident in the mountains of West Virginia and was towed to the closest dealership in Roanoke, VA. I live in Massachusetts, so not only was I shock, I was stranded in Roanoke
After returning to MA I was referred to East West Auto Transport by someone who had a seamless experience with them in the past.
Alan from East West Auto Transport was very knowledgeable, fair, ethical and clear about cost and expectations since it was not drivable. He’s also a very likable guy!
It’s obvious that he has insight and experience dealing with people in stressful situations. His voice was calming, empathetic and patient, which, after a car accident and was exactly what I needed to hear on the other end of the line. Don’t waste your time looking for another car transport service: I recommend this company without reservation. These guys are phenomenal.
