I would give ZERO stars if I could. CARLOS is a SCAMMER and a THIEF. He preys upon those in desperate need at trying times. It’s hard enough moving across state, large amounts of money having to be spent on moving plus your regular bills, working full time, and relocating your family. BUT THEN, on top of it all, you have fraudulent activity being done by someone who sends you a contract, tells you that you really don’t have to sign, asks you to zelle a deposit he shouldn’t even be taking, and then asks you for more money because each driver he gets has a broken down trailer and they want more money to dispatch each new transporter. Ineffective communication. Nasty attitude. And a thief. Do not work with someone like this if you want any service done. I WOULD LIKE TO BE A PART OF ANY SUIT AGAINST THIS GUY.
i called ep logistic services to move my bkazer from las vegas to miami ..yjey picked up in amtter of hours the vehicle arrived in 4 days ..without a scratch i love them!!
This place fraudulently took 450$ from my 67 year old mother. When I tried to ask Carlos, the owners son, he would not do anything to make it right and give my hard working mother her hard earned money back. This “family business” is FAKE & PHONY & they will take your money and then act stupid and not get the job done. We are still waiting to handle this ordeal 2 weeks later. They are extremely rude and unflexible and just flat out disgusting human beings- who steals money from an elder? Makes me sick. I would suggest NOBODY ever use this company, EVER- unless you want your money stolen and nothing ever resolved
I am not one to leave reviews on businesses, but this company and these thieves need to be stopped. My next move is to call the Florida BBB and get this business shut down. Period.
