I would not recommend this company. They do not vet the companies transporting your vehicle. They took my car and the company that picked it up basically disappeared with no contact. For three days I didn’t know where my car was until we had to threaten to call the cops on them if they didn’t follow-up. They still made me pay for services despite that ordeal. They are not a good transport company. They were basically nonchalant about any accommodations for my ordeal until I had to demand them. I would not recommend them at all. The only reason I gave two stars was because of the assistance provided by my specific rep to follow-up with the transport company. Other than that I do not feel they deserve anything more.
This was by far one of the most stressful parts of my cross-country move. I called about a month before I needed my car to be shipped and was told by multiple representatives that I should be in the clear to get my car shipped out in a timely manner since I needed it within a specific window. After receiving multiple quotes from other companies, I decided to go with Easy Auto Ship (in error!) mainly because of how friendly the representatives had been with me.
I eventually decided on a July 29-Aug 2 pickup window with Lindsay. She had told me that they wouldn’t know more information until the week of pickup so I waited until the week of to follow up. The response was that it was too early to know and so I continued waiting. By the end of July 29, I hadn’t heard anything so I texted Lindsay asking about the car shipping the following day. Her response was that it was much too early to know since my pickup was a month out. I told her that we had decided the July 29-Aug 2 as stated in her email from the quote and her flippant response was “i had august……guess i better get to working on it then!” She later called me to clear up any confusion, which mainly involved saying that I was the one who had not been clear with what I wanted and that the initial representative who had told me my car would likely be picked up early and dropped off early since I had called in such advance had not said that. During the whole call, she did not take any responsibility for the situation and blamed me for not understanding them, which leads me to believe that if I had not followed up, my car would have not been picked up whatsoever!
To finish up the pick up, we decided on August 2nd pick up to have it delivered before the original deadline. Unfortunately, the way they arrange carriers seems very last minute so it was very hard to plan how to get my car picked up while also trying to pack up and move. They eventually ended up coming to get my car on August 3rd (the drivers called me the morning of and let me know a window of 4 pm to 7 pm and also called about a half hour before) and delivered by August 12th. Unfortunately, because the car came on the later half of the window due to Lindsay’s mistake, I had to dish out a couple hundred dollars to get a rental car so I could transport some larger items once I had gotten to my destination which tacked onto the $1700 quote they gave me. Thankfully $1500 of that went to the driver and only $200 went to Easy Auto Ship because I did not want to give them any more of my money. It may have been better to directly reach out to the shipping company themselves than the broker (Easy Auto Ship) because communication was incredibly difficult.
After my car arrived, we got it to the car wash but within that 2 mile drive, the car was making an awful noise (even once it was in neutral at the wash). I called the driver to ask if they had done anything to the car when loading it and he said that nothing was out of the ordinary which was strange since I had just had my car repaired at the dealership. Later, a rep from EAS called asking how delivery was and I told her that my car was making a weird noise and not driving as normal. She said she would talk to her manager about it and see what they could do, but unfortunately I didn’t receive a call back.
Once they delivered, I left my car in the garage for about a week while out of town. When I came back, one of my tires was completely flat and the strange noise continued to occur. Needless to say, you will receive a quote from EAS for the driver and the broker BUT you may need to account for the fact that your car will not get there in time (rental car $$$$) and that your newly repaired car may need MORE work done and a flat tire repair ($$$$).
Overall incredibly unsatisfied but at least my car is here in…. one piece. Still undriveable because I’ve been incredibly busy with the move and haven’t had time to even repair the flat or get it to the shop. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Amanda responded below and I wish I could comment but I spoke directly with someone on the 12th so I’m not sure what call she made to me. I only have the one at 10:08 am from whoever I spoke to on the phone who said they would talk to their manager. Secondly, I have no email sent to my address aside from the one from Lindsay on 8/3/21. I searched “easy auto ship” and “amanda” and nothing else popped up from the 12th. Again, incomplete customer service. Looks nice from the outside but nothing was truly done!
Not good so far- I was told I get a confirmation call Friday morning. Didn’t happen- I called to follow up this morning. Told again I’d get a call right back. Didn’t happen-
I was told Friday my original quote a week later had increased. Hoping my vehicle ships ASAP and arrives as expected. I’m fearing more delays though. Disappointing experience so far…
