The process of booking the transport of my sons truck was good.
Good communication and quick follow up from Easy Car. The actual company that did the pick up and delivery was not without hiccup’s.
Driver had a language barrier and did not know how to operate a manual transmission. I loaded truck myself and that was just fine with me.
Truck got to destination in 3 days what was pretty good. Along the way i texted driver to check location. He responded in timely matter and truck was delivered in good condition. Originally i wanted to deliver truck myself, but i could have not done it in the same time and for the same amount of money.

After getting quote’s from other places, I found Easy Car Shipping with a reasonable price to ship my daughter’s car. The communication is great and the car was delivered not just on time but sooner thank expected. Turn around was approximately 5-7 days from Los Ángeles to Chicago and the car was delivered within 4 days. Very polite and profession service. Highly recommend.
