AVOID!
Save yourself time, money and hassle and simply go elsewhere.
Everything looks great when you make a quotation for the shipping, they will give you reasonable estimated time for the shipping and they will obviously try to sell all upgrades, insurance etc. They will be approachable and helpful until they receive your money.
In December 2020 I bought a car and decided to ship it to the UK using EasyHaul. The car should be here in Feb 2021 (their estimate) but it arrived mid April!
Very poor customer service, representatives were arrogant and didn’t give me any update or information, complete waste of time. There was no communication from them and when I asked for the update, they gave me all sort of excuses including stating that “this shipment destination is not very popular”. Didn’t you know about the destination when you quoted for the job?! They don’t apologise for anything.
They were just waiting for more vehicles for the container to make more money.
I fully understand the consolidation process (as this is not the first car I am importing from the US), but I have never had to wait for loading more than 2 weeks from the time when my car was delivered to a warehouse. With EasyHaul it took over 4 months!
Their competitors are sending containers not later than after 2 weeks from the first vehicle arriving their warehouse, no matter if they have 2, 3 or 4 vehicles. Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose, but you should respect your customers and the estimates provided when you quote for the job.
I was waiting for them to fill up the container for almost 4 months! and my car was the second vehicle for this container which means that someone was waiting even longer than me.
Would never work with them again total disappointment.

This is one of the worst shipping company that I have had to deal with make booking saying that the vehicle would be picked up and picked up days later then their site says book with us and avoid storage fees when the fees from them picking up late come they tell me it’;s on me.
Promises, promises, promises … never fulfilled – canceling the order after FIVE DAYS facing storage charges. Surprisingly, they are not responsible for anything.
SAVE TIME AND MONEY – STAY AWAY
Update: They SUPPOSED to refund the money PAID UPFRONT within FIVE days, we’ll see … Hang tight for the update.
