They are the best they give you peace of mind as you should never stress when moving a vehicle across the country . i just wanted to let you know that my experience with easyhaul was definitely awesome. What made it best was my assigned driver Tom. He was very helpful and very professional. He provide top excellent customer service he answered my calls within the first 2 rings too which you can’t beat that. Easyhauls staff also answered my questions within a 1-3 hours time frame. I strongly recommend Easyhaul and will continue to make them my first choice.
EasyHaul team did a great job with my deliveries. Just placed my orders online, got updates in my email and driver called me before delivery. Got my cars fast and for reasonable pricing. I recomend Easyhaul.
I chose EasyHaul to ship my vehicle and had an issue…
* As soon as the auction ended I signed and purchased a contract with Easy Haul
* I found the website easy to navigate and was able to pay for my shipping in full.
* After 3 days of little communication from EasyHaul I gave them a call to check the status of vehicle and I was told that driver was on the way to pick up my vehicle.
* I heard nothing else so I called again on the 4th day asking about the status of my vehicle and explained that now I have to pay storage fees.
* EasyHaul once again told me that a driver was on the way to pick up my vehicle. This is now the 7th day and I still don’t have my vehicle.
* I asked for a refund and was told that if I cancel that there would be a 50.00 cancellation fee and a 50.00 driver cancelation fee.
* At this point, I’m completely unsatisfied and felt I was being lied to and proceeded to let the dispatcher know that I was being lied to.
* I was finally given a full refund and found another shipper.
* Now after I’ve already engaged another shipper, I was contacted by the Director of Operations from EasyHaul. I felt the director listened to my concerns, was apologetic and sympathetic to my experience. I was asked could be done to change my perspective of the company. The director explained to me that they had an issue with one of the truck drivers and that particular drive would not be working with EasyHaul any longer. So with some constructive communication between both of us we came to an understanding that I was pleased with. At first I really didn’t want anything to do with EasyHaul, but I really grateful that EasyHaul did reach out me and resolve this issue. As a measure of good faith and good business principles they refunded not only my contracted price but also the storage fees I incurred.
As a result of the communication from the director, I would consider using EasyHaul again should the need arise. I’m confident that if I have an issue in the future, I could easily get it resolved.
