I’ve had good and bad experiences with EasyHaul, but the bad seems to outweigh the good. My first time using them the tow company that they contracted with didn’t pick up the car and I was charged storage fees by Copart. The second time the tow company picked up my car from Copart on a Friday and kept my car all weekend without calling. As I’m typing this it is Tuesday and I still don’t have the vehicle, I called EasyHaul and they told me that the tow truck broke down. I called the tow truck driver and he stated that he would deliver the car today, it’s 10pm and I still don’t have the vehicle. Use this company at your own risk, they don’t screen the tow truck companies that they contract with and it’s some shady tow truck companies out there. It’s a crapshoot!
