We needed a specific delivery route from New Jersey to Tampa that we put into the E-Ship website. It was basically a lead generation website that then farms out your job to a commissioned sales agent. Anna was assigned to us and she told us what we wanted to hear about the 2 day pickup window.
RED FLAGS
– they took at times 48 hours to return a simple email
– They stated they could guarantee a 2 day window pickup when they are just a broker putting it on marketplace
– They were misleading and basically lied when they said they needed a deposit.
The DEPOSIT is their broker fee– you give the cash or certified check to the actually driver at drop off. They wanted a $450 broker fee for simply listing two cars on the private dispatch site!!
