2 stars may be a bit of a low score, but I don’t think a 3 star rating would be accurate. Don’t get me wrong, this type of shipping service is very helpful, however, my designated liaison did not follow up as one would expect. It didn’t help that my designated transport driver didn’t check in with my liaison…he ultimately arrived two days after the originally quoted date. The ability to talk with one of the owners was helpful, when needed, but it shouldn’t have come to that. Despite my high hopes that since EAS has consistently has ranked high upon Angie’s List my satisafaction would have guaranteed, but in the back of my mind I keep hearing the old saying “….you get what you pay for…..”
Update: September 14th, 2015
After much discussion with EAS, EAS will not provide any compensation or replacement funds for the stolen items. Replacement costs total to over $600. This is unfortunate, please take my loss as a warning about this company.
Worst group of clowns I have ever dealt with. I signed a contract with them for shipment to be completed two days ago and still don’t have my car. Every time I call, I get a different answer from my rep. No idea what they are doing. I am currently awaiting correspondance from them on the status of delivery and have no recourse but to get an attorney if this is not resolved, quickly.
