So upset i didn’t find this page sooner… I too, unfortunately just got scammed by these assholes and i am disgusted and feel totally and completely disrespected by these clowns. I paid $190 deposit through PayPal for some reason as soon as I gave the money, I had no contact with this CARLOS guy. Then he sent some lame text saying, “…it’s gonna be delivered tomorrow. They were delayed ” . After calling tons of times . Plus his voicemail is full. That was kinda alarming too. Please save yourself time and money. He will be getting served. Taking from families and scamming people. They should be ashamed.

Yes it’s a scam. Thanks for all the reviews. he’s name is now Mario. He asked me to send money via Zelle first I told him no. then he asked me us Paypal but Paypal has 10 days hold. He refunded me then he asked me to send via Cash app. phone# 786 370 9248 showing as Tim Watley or Tom Tex. he use [email protected]. Cash app names used as Yeimi and Daniel Lagar. He use DRS Transport services now. so I hope this helps other people when they google him.

Zero stars, SCAMMER!!!

After multiple failed attempts of getting communication from you including telephone calls and text messages I am reaching out through a monitored server. On August 19, 2019 I reached out to your company for shipping services to transport my 2012 Cadillac CTS from Seattle to Atlanta. I was falsely sold many wonderful things about your company and its services provided. We had multiple errors on your end just in gathering the basic information for the reservation, despite my efforts in providing you the accurate information. I still chose to be supportive, understanding and mindful in the fact that you are operating a small business.

I then sent you my $250.00 deposit immediately through Zelle after being informed you had a driver in mind but needed the money as soon as possible. I received no receipt or any type of documentation following this transaction. That evening I text you informing you I had heard anything back and was notified that it would take 24-48 hours to hear anything. This was upsetting because I had a guaranteed company that could have had it picked up with an exact date but I was misled into thinking you could provide the same if not sooner service.

On August 21st I inquired about a refund in which I then spoke to you and you said my order had been cancelled by your tech. You gave me a run around story about how your tech spoke with me in which he never did and I asked to cancel the order. You also said a Wayne spoke to me which also never happened. I received no form of contact with any of your partners. You informed me my car was dispatched out and had a pick up date in which you could not provide these details. You allowed me to explain my frustrations and came off very apologetic asking for time to get more information and fix the issue. In me going you would honor your word and we could still move forward I agreed to having you call me back later. You kept promising you would. I waited up this night for your call and you never called. I then text you demanding a refund and complaining about your lack of professionalism. I sent you multiple texts and you read them all. My partner then contacted you in which you both got into a heated discussion and you hung up on him. I sent you a Zelle request for a refund in which you have denied. I sent a new one out today which is pending.

At this point all I am asking for is information on my vehicle if you are keeping the deposit and when it will be shipped OR refund my money immediately. As you can see from this email my occupation is in a law firm. I do not want to waste either of our time on something that can be solved with communication but if you refuse to work with me I will be forced to move forward with legal action against you as an individual and the company. In the event that this step is taken you will be responsible for not only my deposit, but also any missed work and attorney fees accumulated from dealing with this issue. Along with this, I will also report you to the BBB, leave an honest review, and file request that your Zelle be shut down on the basis of fraud. Please let me know how you would like to move forward.
