This company is very unprofessional. I just got off the phone with a guy who, when politely asked a basic question about if they could provide, in writing, their insurance coverage protection on the cars being transported, told me it’s too much trouble and I’m not going to deal with this and hung up! He then proceeded to text me “Don’t call”. Wow. Bid red flag- if this is how they handle customer calls, I would stay far away from doing business with them! Zero stars if there was such a thing.
