I have to admit that I got really nervous when I saw these reviews AFTER I submitted my deposit…but they pulled through. Don’t know if they just recently got their stuff together but everything went perfect. Worked with Andrew – he was nice and informative and communicated well when I had questions. They dispatched through auto line express, came exactly when they said they would, stayed in good communication, and delivered within a week (ca to mi). My car was full of stuff and they didn’t say anything either. There were a couple small hiccups, but again everything worked out. Total cost was $760, way cheaper than all the other quotes I received.
The initial experience was very positive; pick-up went smoothly; drop-off not so smoothly; carrier would not take car off rig until we paid him an additional $50. Several follow-up calls with carrier with promises to resolve have yielded no results. The contract in this case meant nothing.
I got my vehicle faster than a FedEx overnight from San Jose, CA to Chicago, IL in 2 days. Yes, 2 days for a 2000 mile stretch. My Customer Service Representative Donna was excellent. Price was the most competitive She took care of the contract and dispatch very nicely. Very well recommended . I will use the service again.
