I dont even want give a star. This company communicated well before i ship my car. After my car has been shipped they never answered my call and emails. I was totally lost. So i had to call their brokers to track my car shipping status. Plus my car delievery had been delayed for 10 days. When i got my car from them, dirty oil stains were all over the place and they didnt go away after 2 car washes. I regret to use this company. Simply horrible.
I used Forever West to ship my performance Subaru from Las Vegas to Cobb Tuning in Plano, TX for an engine build and tuning. It was a great experience.
The first thing I liked was their website, which contains automation that generates a quote for you immediately after filling out the form. To me this indicated Forever West is organized and well-established and has a good grasp on Technology, which means that as a broker they might have the same qualities to quickly match me with the best carrier.
The second thing I liked was that I received a friendly and non-pushy call to see if there was anything they could do for me. The woman who called was pleasant and spoke clearly with good English, which helped build my trust. She didn’t try to “seal the deal”, she just wanted to see if I had any questions.
Thirdly, when I chose expedited shipping and submitted my order online, I received a call within a few business hours to finalize the order, and within another 2 hours my car was picked up and on its way. This was truly impressive and I definitely got the “expediting” I paid for! My car was delivered in just 2 days, right when they said it would be.
I would recommend Forever West Transport to anyone shipping a vehicle, and if you want to minimize the time you have to wait for pickup and the time your vehicle is in transit, select their expedited shipping and you will get what you paid for.
I set up to ship my car with these guys and after two weeks of nothing I asked if changing the price or pick up location would help. I offered to drive two hours to a major city to allow for easier pickup of the vehicle and offerd to pay more for the shipping and after two more weeks of still nothing I finally canceled with them and went to another company. I had unlimited availability for pick up dates and times and never even got a call for anything. Very disappointed with their service. The only reason they got two stars and not one is that they did issue my refund quickly.
