Brenden was great at coordinating a transport service for our 2 vehicles in a time crunch. We had a very tight pickup window & he made it happen despite our limited flexibility for pickup. The price for both vehicles was more than fair compared to only shipping one car from Southern California to Eastern Nebraska. His prompt responses & consistent communication eased a lot of the stress we were already under. We received our vehicles in about 72hrs in the same condition as they were picked up (open transport).
I would highly recommend Goliath Auto Transport! After extensive research on a host of different transport companies, Brenden offered the best rate. My car was inoperable (the motor “mysteriously” died after taking it to a local unamed mechanic for an oil change, but I digress…lesson learned) so that made it essential to finding the right company. Brenden was diligent and patient throughout the entire process and helped me get my car from CT to FL in good condition, without any damages.
During these times of uncertainty, I am all about supporting a family owned business to transport your car, whether it’s inoperable or not.
Overall it was OK. The process of getting the quote (price and timing) was smooth and even tough I received confirmation of the pickup date/time only a couple o days in advance, the flexibility showed by Brenden was great. The pickup and delivery experience were good but the issue was lack of communication from the company handling the transportation after the car was picked up. We were promised a delivery time frame that wasn’t met. When I contacted Goliath to see where the car was, Brenden was very responsive but he could not get any proper feedback from the other company. That made me nervous. We planned our relocation around those promised dates and because the delivery happened 3 days after that, we had to expend additional money on a rental car. The car finally arrived in good conditions.
