This company is a broker and they will go with the cheapest price they can get .. they damaged my vehicle and refused to accept fault .. Don’t make the mistake of using a broker go direct with a company that has a good reputation its well worth it this company is a JOKE
I had nothing but a great experience with this company. I had my car transported through them and was on time, without a scratch. It was a pleasure dealing with them and will continue to do use them when needed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Made a reservation to have my vehicle transported 5 days in advance, and the morning it was to be picked up Kevin told me he could not get ahold of the the driver.
He called back 2 hours later and told me his driver was not going to pick up my car.
At that point I was thankful I did not go with the company. I could not imagine what I would do if they had my car and they told me they could not get a hold of the driver.
What terrible customer service.
