I ignored all the negative reviews because the company claims they were competitors. It turns out this place is really awful to deal with.
They were supposed to send a trucker with a trailer to pick my boat up, as stated in the questionnaire. The day of pick up, I called the driver to verify his pick up time and he informed me he did not have a trailer. I called Bobby and he apologized and said he would get another driver. I ended up having it done locally because it needed to be picked up from the marina. I have spent the last three months trying to get my deposit back and still nothing.
I have spoken with multiple people in the organization. Bobby continues to say he will get me the deposit and does not follow through and I still have not yet received my deposit money back from April. Now I have to get my cc company involved. Don’t waste your time with this company.

DO NOT trust Craig with your boat shipment. He does not know the difference between and Inboard and an I/O for trailer hauling configuration. A lot of lip service and he kept my $495 deposit after the drivers rig broke down and he rented a truck from Home Depot and tried to use a regular Outboard trailer for an 11,500 lb boat.
