I see a whole bunch of negative reviews but took the chance, did port to port, dropped off in Honolulu and picked up in Oakland probably a week a half later, wasn’t long at all, got an email when it got on the water the day after drop off. They honored my quote that was multiple months old. My dash cam was running during the whole process, saw no funny business, car being put on boat and being taken off. Despite the negative reviews if you have a simple port to port ship like me i think you are in good hands
Dont use them. There are cheaper more reliable companies including going directly through Pasha who is who they use. I’ve shipped one car previously and had to deal with an employee booking the shipment incorrectl. I just got a quote for shipping another car and the employee was rude saying I shipped one car that is still in storage (I have multiple vehicles) and then becoming argumentative and hanging up on me when I said that was wrong information. when I called back he kept hanging up on me. Save yourself the headache with this unprofessional company and go through someone else. Also if you do book and ever need help you’re looking at 20minute wait times on the phone.
I would not recommend using this company. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews until after booking with them. It’s been almost a month since my car sailed from Honolulu. I can never get through to anyone, I’m always on hold forever. The online shipment tracking is never updated. Last I heard my car was released by the port but it’s been almost a week and a driver still hasn’t been assigned and I can’t ever get any answer to why it’s taking so long, I’m told I’ll receive emails that never come. My estimated delivery date has come and gone. I’ve never written a review but I thought I may save some people a headache.
