After reading some reviews, I was very nervous to ship my car from Texas to Hawaii but my experience couldn’t have gone more smoothly. If you have any questions you will need to contact the company directly, they do not reach out or check up on you, but they will always call you back and answer any questions you have.
A semi-truck arrived right in front of my house in Texas and took my car to Matson in California. Once the car is loaded onto Matson’s boat you are able to track it through their website. Once the car is ready to be picked up from Matson, you will receive a phone call. Besides my car being dirty on the outside, which they give you a free car wash coupon for, it was in perfect condition.
Not only did I ship my car from Texas to Hawaii (2 years ago), I recently just shipped it back from Hawaii to Texas and it went just as smoothly. As a two-time customer, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the timeliness and quality of service.
Super fast and super easy no issues besides they couldn’t drop off at the door because there are too many back roads and low trees. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival they were right on track.
