I was very impressed by Hawaii Car Transport’s customer service. Every time I emailed them I received a response (either phone call or email) on the same business day. They were patient and courteous with all of my questions. I have worked with other vehicle moving companies before, and was not so lucky. My vehicle was picked up within the week I requested, and was delivered in 2.5 weeks, which is very fast considering it went from NY to Hawaii. My only negative comment is they did not offer any military discounts, but their prices were competitive with other companies.
Great service… It took me two month to find a service that didn’t feel sleazy. As soon as I talked to road runner I knew they were different. Very professional, on time and I will use them again!! Ask for Darryl.
I called RoadRunner in a panic when another company left us stranded and never picked up my car. Roadrunner guaranteed pick up the next day and in only twelve hours my car was being taken out of my driveway. Thank you for coming through for us and actually providing the service. Not like other companies who get the sale and leave you waiting.
