On time pick up and quick delivery from Texas to Miami. Good communication from start to finish. Pick up vehicle looked to be brand new and in great condition. Driver very careful in strapping car down. Great experience. Will use for my next car next week.
Pickup and delivery were both within promised time. There were no issues with the vehicle. i.e damage. I would use this service again.
I transported my 2015 Lexus RX from TN to NY and I’m going to start off by saying after booking my order with Rob over at roadrunner I then stumbled upon there reviews. It scared me to be honest because there was a lot of complaints on here and being this was my first time transporting my brand new truck especially this far I attempted to cancel with them. After speaking with there customer service who was so caring and made me feel totally comfortable I can truly tell you this company cares about you and your vehicle. The woman explained to me they have some of there own trucks but for certain routes they broker the vehicles out. This is the reason dates and times are tentative with them and it really depends on when a driver accepts your route. After complaining for a few minutes since I was paranoid a sweet girl connected me to the manager… after receiving the extension of Pamela who returned all of my phone calls and kept me up to date from start to finish My car was picked up 1 day past the date I requested and arrived a day after what they originally stated but at the end of the day my car was in great condition and the driver did bring it across country for me! I would 100% use roadrunner again especially knowing what I know now about the transport business they did what they could with the time frame I provided and that’s all I really could of asked for!!
