Horrible customer service. My daughter arranged to ship her car from Las Vegas to Kauai. They took her payment information. Sent an automated email saying her car would be picked up 12/15. Car was never picked up. Waited all day and night. Tried calling numerous times that day and no one answered. Called 12/16 in the morning and was told that they would get ahold of the driver to see what happened and email her. She never got an email. Hours went by and we tried calling again. CLOSED! All the phone numbers put you on hold but no one picks up. Email was from an automated mailbox so you cant reply to get a person. Tracking information does not help either.

I would not trust these guys to ship a 3 dollar lawn mower after the experience I just had on the phone. I asked questions about the shipping process, laughed about an answer I received, and the agent disconnected the line! How do I know he disconnected the line you ask? I immediately called back. The same agent answered the phone and transferred me to a voicemail. I called back a third time, spoke with a female agent who apologized before putting me on hold and you guessed it, transferred me to a voicemail line. This company has placed children at the most important point of contact with their customers which should make you question EVERYTHING about how they do business. Don’t do it! There are other companies.
