I would not trust these guys to ship a 3 dollar lawn mower after the experience I just had on the phone. I asked questions about the shipping process, laughed about an answer I received, and the agent disconnected the line! How do I know he disconnected the line you ask? I immediately called back. The same agent answered the phone and transferred me to a voicemail. I called back a third time, spoke with a female agent who apologized before putting me on hold and you guessed it, transferred me to a voicemail line. This company has placed children at the most important point of contact with their customers which should make you question EVERYTHING about how they do business. Don’t do it! There are other companies.
We are very disappointed in the service that was provided to us. First the Jaguar was sitting on the dock since the 21 of June. the communication between PASHA and Hawaii car Transport sucks.
The manager told us it would be delivered 10 July. When I called on the 12th an agent told me it was scheduled for a deliver on the 12th. Okay fine at least we will finally get it. Right!!
Well we get a call at almost 9 pm asking us to meet them, the carrier, because they don’t want to come all the way to our location because we are the only car going there. I don’t know what to say.
I booked a car to be moved from Honolulu to Tennessee. The quoting process was quick and easy. The drop off went great. But after that, it is impossible to get any answers from the company. They will not answer emails, will not answer the phone. The “online tracking” is non-existent as it hasn’t updated since the car left the port in Hawaii. We are currently 5 days past the day that the vehicle was supposed to be delivered and I cannot get in contact with them about where my car is.
