Whatever happens and what you do, DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I have never been so frustrated with a company like this before. They lied several times about when my car would arrive to my location. I found trash in my car that I hadn’t left (car has to be clean when shipping) and my battery was dead so had to replace it when I got it. I had no problems when I shipped through Matson to the islands but they use Pasha and I had difficulties when dropping the car off as well. Just whatever you do, don’t use this company. The only good experience was the driver was nice and communicated well but otherwise the company is terrible.
what a horrible experience. these people have NO customer service skills and simply do not care for the consumer. my truck was shipped to the wrong island and all they have is excuses of why there’s nothing they can do about it. they refuse to even give me even a partial refund so I can make other arrangements because they claim it’s not their fault. and now instead of total shipping time being 3 and a half weeks which was already too long in my opinion they said it’s going to take an additional 3 and a half weeks to get to Kauai from MauI. I could swim that faster!! we are getting our attorney involved. UNACCEPTABLE Hawaii car transport!! 2 thumbs way way down. NEGATIVE STARS
The people who took the car at drop off and pu did a great job, DO NOT let them talk you into insurance, they don’t pay for the damages incurred while in their possession
