Still waiting after months for these people to call me back in regards to my claims. Waited a whole ass month for my car for them to give me difficulties and now this yea highly wouldn’t recommend this
I am currently attempting to work with Hawaii Car Transport and the experience is terrible thus far:
1. They misquoted the date of pickup. I requested a 23MAY23 pickup, they confirmed 23MAY23 pickup only to inform me that it will be a 30MAY23 pickup.
2. On pickup day I had to call the company to confirm that pickup was on for the day. Subsequently, I never received a single follow-up call, email, or notification of/from a driver in the 2-3 hour window as was indicated in a Hawaii Car Transport email.
3. I attempted to call and stayed on hold for over 3 hours waiting for anyone of the representatives to answer and assist/provide details on why a delay would be occurring. No one ever answered and I never received a confirmation of receipt of voicemail or email requesting information.
4. They moved forward with charging my credit card without actually picking up the vehicle or providing services.
5. Pick-up occurred at 31 1500 MAY 23, SPARK PRIME Logistics was the carrier and professional.
6. I did not and have not received any follow-up communication from Hawaii Car Transport confirming pick-up and follow-on events.
Bottomline: dissatisfied with a complete lack of communication which appears to be due to apathy.
I am willing to allow the company to make this correct but I fear holding my breath may result in severe medical issues.
Hawaii Car Transport/John S. “Business Customer Service”: Make this right and communicate to at least give me an idea of what is going on.

No Updates on progress, no updates on website online tracking. Online tracking is useless on their site. No information on shipping. Could not provide me with a vessel name. Contacting them becomes a problem. they do not return calls.
