Do not trust them they will take your money and give you nothing but lies and fake promises.
I am very disappointed that i have to give a one star rating to express my disappointment with this company which should not be allowed to have a name as a first time vehicle shipper I did research on how this shipping works they send you different quotes from different companies this one seem to be the most suitable for my budget and Susan white and Steve which is supposedly a supervisor they have been giving me the run around on scheduling my car pick up from Florida to NYC and left a deposit with contract for 150.00 dollar deposit and the remainder paid upon delivery of the car three days later I called update on pick up status and was presented that from 500 total that was on contract they stating that they can’t find driver for that price they want 1100 dollars additional that was not what the contract stated I refuse to deal with misleading scheme they refused to give my deposit went to bank to try to get my money they said I had to resolve it with company BEWARE don’t get scammed I also made complaint with better business bureau
Beware and do not use this shipping company it’s a scheme Susan white representative if that is her real name had a contract written out to ship a car from Florida to nyc and her price was $500.00 dollars she asked for $150.00 dollars down and the remainder of balance which was $350.00 dollars to be given to driver upon delivery few days later I contacted them to see a time frame she comes out with this story of how the driver wants 1100 dollars on top of the 150 down I gave her as a deposit and doesn’t want to reimburse the money I have reported her to the better business bureau I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS Company they lure you in with a low price then drop the unexpected with a higher price
