Unless you are local in Billings, Montana, I would not recommend using this company. They are no different than other transport companies that merely connect you to an independent driver over whom they then have no control, and you will pay hundreds of dollars more than if you contracted directly with one of the many independent drivers out there. You get nothing for the extra money. They don’t know where your vehicle is and don’t take responsibility for it. I got a toll bill for my vehicle during the time it was being transported. When I called J&S for them to take care of it, they tried to foist the responsibility for the toll charges on me until I threatened to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. (They have already had a similar complaint.) Additionally, my vehicle somehow racked up almost 500 miles on the odometer without explanation. They do not ask the independent drivers to record odometer readings on pickup or delivery.

Update: The business owner is a LIAR. He says he refunded my money but they refused. I only got my money back after filing a dispute with my credit card company.

These guys won’t hesitate to screw you. My experience was terrible. They didn’t even schedule a pickup/delivery for me yet felt entitled to keep a deposit that was supposed to be in exchange for securing a pick-up/delivery date.

More specifically, a Car dealer took a $100 “deposit” so I could schedule a pickup/delivery with these guys. Dealer said they would call. They did call just a few minutes later but when they called they refused to schedule anything.

After a week went by and my delivery obviously wasn’t going to be scheduled I asked for my ‘deposit’ back and they refused. They pointed me to terms and conditions on their website that I never were informed existed and I never agreed to.

Highlights: Claim they aren’t responsible for flat tires, missing hub caps, damage to paint or even driving your vehicle through a tornado or hail storm.

You’d have to be a fool to trust these guys with your money, car or business.
