Excellent service! I had my car shipped from CA to NJ this month: Joseph was accurate, punctual and very responsive. The car arrived on time, in great, undamaged condition. The price was reasonable and customer service was great! Would recommend JATS and would use them again myself.
This is the 4th time I looked around for autoshipping. My previous experiences with other companies had been decent or poor, due to the wide range if dates on vehicle pickup & delivery. Working with Joseph was very smooth. He is very responsive from the very beginning and he will try to work with you around the schedule for pick up and delivery date. This is something I won’t be able to get form other third-party company. Joseph personally picked up and delivered my car from door to door. Although his price is slightly above average but I am very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely seek Jospeh again if I need to ship my car in the future!
