I don’t usually write reviews but had to write one for this because of how great of an experience I had with them. I understand this all sometimes comes down to luck with the trucking company they set you up with.
King of the Road: fast communication with my rep, Vanessa. She said i could call, text, or email. She even said she would be monitoring my bid over the weekend if needed
Trusted Transportation LLC: This is the trucking company that moved my car. Their rep, Chelsea, and driver, Patrick Huber were also easy to contact. Patrick was very nice and professional. He even made arrangements to deliver my car on the day and time i wanted.
For a company that’s business is to help people move youd think they’d be aware of time zones. I live in Hawaii and its stated that I live in Hawaii on my quote and yet I receive calls about if I want to ship my car at 5:30 in the morning, not once but TWICE. I will not be using this service to ship my car because I do not appreciate being woken up by a company that dosent bother to check the time zone of people they’re trying to make sales too.
From start to finish, their service stood out ahead of the other 3 companies I called.
Quick, easy, and I never felt dumped from them to a sub-contractor. Max who did the driving was as much of a pro as Claire who booked the original booking.
happy to use them again.
