Beyond horrible. Dispatchers are very unprofessional and rude. They will tell you whatever they can to get your vehicle for transport and not come through as promised. Do yourself a favor and find another carrier!
The prospect of trusting a car shipper with a rare and precious vehicle was quite nerve wracking, but these guys were professional and very careful to protect my car. They had ramps with extensions to ensure safe loading, the enclosed carrier was an impressive and secure rig. My car arrived exactly as it left, on schedule, and in excellent condition. Communication with the shipper was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks!
