I had an excellent experience working with Lepke Auto Transport to send a car from NY to California. The planning went super well, with the schedule set up to meet my needs and was a reasonable cost. The dispatcher and driver were nice, professional, careful, considerate. They kept in touch with us through the trip and accommodated our timing. The car arrived in perfect condition.
100% recommend! I purchased a car in LA that was guaranteed delivery to me in Northern CA. This was during heavy storms. 17 days after purchase and after being told at least 3x that the driver was “on his way from Texas”, “caught in snow”, caught on the one in Big Sur, etc., etc. etc. After complaining, the dealer allegedly found two other transport companies but – still no car. I called Lepke Auto on Monday morning at 9am. By 10am delivery was confirmed – the car would be picked up in LA at 4pm the SAME DAY and delivered to me the next day. Lepke kept me informed throughout and I had the number to the driver who texted when he was on the way. It was painless, professional and efficient. And, cost effective. Do not even hesitate to use them. It’s a no brainer!
Initially scheduled a car to be transported about 3 months in advance (Chicago to Phoenix). Was then told they had to cancel it, and told me to reschedule about 3 weeks in advance because of fluctuations in gas prices. Original quote was $925. When I rescheduled, it ended up being $1,050. Car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. The car arrived with scratch mark damage to the rear bumper as if it was from the license plate frame of another vehicle. Driver (from “No Limit”) said he didn’t know what happened. Price was a little steep and the car arrived with damage, so 3 stars instead of 5.
