I had my Volvo shipped from North Carolina to Seattle, and it arrived sooner than expected in perfect condition. John Garcia was very upfront with a lot of information about how the business works, and why some transport companies quote really low and end up charging a much higher price. It made perfect sense and aligned with what I had researched as well about transporting a car. He was in daily communication until he got a carrier whom they guarantee will be well rated. The carrier John got for me was also very responsive and arrived several days earlier than expected. They even put it on a smaller carrier to bring to me locally, right to my door. A+ for John’s communication.
Highly recommend this company. I shopped around for a transport service quite a bit and I had a bit of a complicated order and moved the pick up date around. The rep Logan was very helpful and gave me lots of updates. Very happy with the service I received.
