We where not explained how the process works. Joe was not a good communicator. We ended up having to leave our cars behind while we drove to our new home 2 weeks later & still no cars. We went with a different company that had a driver in 45 minutes.
I asked for a quote to move my Mercedes Benz across country, giving all the details of the car and the ZIP Code for pick up and drop off. I got a very professional quote from Pete Reynolds the Senior logistics agent telephone number 9549827951. I left a voicemail for Mr. Reynolds to say I need to book the transportation for the car The next day he said the price was &1230. I asked why his price has jumped up from $900 and gave him the original quote number. He then said to me that was from a generic website and therefore was not from him. I sent him a copy of his quote with his name, his phone number, his company logo, proving that the quote was from him. He then turned rude And said “go and argue with someone else “and “have a nice life” and put the phone down. I guess as a broker he has enough business that he doesn’t need anymore especially from a cash paying customer. He obviously just lost my business.
I just had a call from the company who were very professional and apologized for their agents lack of customer service.
Not many places would respond that fast and have the guts to say sorry can we put it right. So I moved them from 1 star to 3. We all have a bad egg or an egg having a bad day. Much appreciated
My car was delivered successfully to the destination within the time frame that I wanted. When it was picked up in Florida, it was delivered to NY within two days which I was impressed with. The company constantly sent me automated emails and texts to say they were looking for carriers and doing everything they could. Unfortunately, the process is a pain because it’s never the price they tell you it will be. I wish that was clearer. Also, my agent Jesus wasn’t always responsive to my emails. Once I started complaining about the price changes, he wasn’t as responsive to my emails.
