Reliable and quick service.

Jake and June got the job done. Jake was able to acquire a carrier for my route within days.

The car was delivered as quoted. June was communicative the entire way.

I would recommend this for your car shipping needs. There are other options out there, but none get it done like mercury.

Justine Muscleman is Unprofessional. Initial call she lays out the process very well and said she would always return texts and over communicate about a shipper and I trusted the pitch. At the end of the 1st call I asked her fully knowing that whatever number she gave me is NOT A GUARANTEE what the rate was,.she also reiterated that to me several times on the phone..So know that it was very well known. She 100% said $475 to me and I was only getting a general idea because I didn’t have a clue. It didn’t seem like they normally do that so maybe she didn’t remember in the conversation detailed below. I don’t know. . But whatever it’s a number and an idea of cost. She said I can wait and she will get multiple estimates and basically it is up to me when and what rate I’m comfortable with. So again, I knew her numbers were unknown. So it took a few days to get numbers from shippers as she mentioned on the first call. I was ok with that but prior to that I had texted her that the person sending the car was out of town and just plan on the following week. No response. She texted me some urgent message on the first day saying she had a shipper. So I reminded her that I am waiting like my text before mentioned. She said she never received it. It’s there. So again out of curiosity alone I inquired with what that rate was and it was 675.I merely questioned what the rate difference was about and said I’d rather wait for something around the 475 mark like the first call number. , then I don’t know if she thought I was under the impression that I thought I was on some locked price in at 475 (I didn’t) but she snapped at me and said she never said that price. But before she snapped she magically got a number in the 500s somehow when I asked . But I have zero reason to lie and I wasn’t even holding them to it or anything of the sort but basically was calling me a liar for ZERO REASON so I scoffed and said “I’m not a liar and have no reason to” because in my head If the rate is 700 then it is. I know that it’s a market and constantly fluctuating. Not dumb.HELLO , I am just trying to learn for myself what rates are and timing of when they are high or low. I may have asked you that every time I called It’s called being a educated consumer. Over her head. She then told me how good at her job she was and I need to stop yelling at her. I was completely calm until she questioned my recollection of the events. I got one quote and they give out many and it was very informal so I wouldn’t even expect her to know the number she said a week prior and it’s irrelevant anyways. But I DID remember because it’s my transaction. I WAS NOT EVEN HOLDING THEM TO THE NUMBER so it was very bizarre. She hung up on me because I ALWAYS have a issue with with being told I am a liar. Do better. I’d never approach my customers so unprofessional. Then she went on to tell me how good he was at her job. Who does that? Note: my details of my car were wrong and I texted her earlier that morning to change them. So yeah she’s pretty good. “Always communicate asap.” Didn’t even read that I was wanting to waiti a week at all from text 2 days earlier. Yeah, you are a star. Telling your customer that they are basically lying for no reason. Then trash every other broker over and over on the calls to me. Not just sell her company but trash the competitors…clown world. Avoid them.

I had a very positive experience with Mercury Transport. My agent was Paul Hamilton. He was extremely responsive to all of my text messages and phone calls. I had a slight issue with the delivery, but Paul came to the rescue and was able to assist immediately. My vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time.
