I recently used Mercury Auto Transport to move a vehicle from Texas to California. Ryan at Mercury walked me through the whole process and set my mind at ease. After reading many reviews of other vehicle transportation options I was skeptical about how this would turn out.. The vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised without issue. I highly recommend this service. They came through as promised and at a very fair price.
Jake Horner was great the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I was quoted a lower price but ended up paying $300 more. The whips process went very smoothly.
Terrible company to work with. They don’t care about their customers and transporters. They are pretty slow to get respond. So stay away from them!!!
