There was problem both on the pick up and the delivery. My vehicle was not picked up on an agreed to date and time, and the delivery was more than 24 hours late.
Both times, Montway had trouble reaching the driver.
To add to that, the transport could not deliver the vehicle to either location, because it was too big to get it down the street.
My son in law lost wages having to wait for a pickup because I had to leave. Montway didn’t care.
However, we used Montway the previous year, and none of these problems occurred.
At least my vehicle suffered no damage.
I will look for a different company next year.
This is the 3rd time we’ve used Montway Auto Transport and have never been disappointed. We highly recommend them for your transport needs.
Great experience. Picked up my Jeep in the time frame and delivered it a day early. Jeep was in the same condition as when they picked it up.
