I would never go through this company. I spoke with Meagan whom at first made it sound like I really wanted to business with this company. She was so friendly and helpful until I returned the signed paperwork to her. This was August 11 and I didnt need a driver until August 21 but once I called on August 18 to confirm that my vehicle would be picked up, she said she did not have a driver but that we had plenty of time. Every time I spoke with her, she said she would check with her boss and call me back in 10 minutes. Never happened. I called again and again to either get her voicemail or to hear her say she will call me right back. Yesterday, I had enough and had to call other carriers to make sure my vehicle made it to its destination. Luckily, I had another company take care of my requests and the vehicle was picked up this morning with no hassle. N-Motion should never give quotes if they do not plan on following thru with our requests. Bad Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Initially we use them and the first load was great second load was great the third load a crazy driver showed up and Megan has not called back the guy broke our trailer left it in the mud and Megan does not call back so I don’t recommend using this company at all. She sold her self is a company that really verified their drivers which is completely untrue because I talk to every single one of their drivers and they were not been verified direction brokered thru another company
Meagan moved my priceless collection of roll royces from LA to Houston seamlessly! She kept us updated and made the transport a complete success. I recommend Megan to any car owner
