They were great and I will use them again. My SUV was delivered earlier than expected, but I was kept informed along the way so there were no surprises. I chose this company because they had the lowest quote out of 4 others I called. My car was transported from DC to Central California in 8 days in the same condition it was picked up. I used the outside trailer option because I did not need anything fancy. I highly recommend this company!
It may have been a misunderstanding on my part, but I assumed that the pickup and delivery dates were firm, whereas the company sees them as a range. If this loose arrangement works for you, then there is nothing not to like about this outfit.
My car was delivered fast, on time, and undamaged.
It was really dirty; like I waited till after it rained before going through the car wash dirty. I have rarely seen a car that dirty. Even so it was an open trailer and I can’t find fault.
But when it was delivered the battery was dead on both the car and the portable jump battery. He hooked up the portable jump battery. The power window rolled down a inch. My father and I had to push the car off the trailer. And push it into the drive way. This is were it gets bad. The driver left us with a dead battery and the power window rolled down a inch and it looked like it would rain any second. Panicking my dad removed the battery while I bought a new one at the store. So we did an hour of unnecessary work, paid $150 to replace a perfectly good battery, and got really dirty doing it.
