Great company! I’ll use them again! There were some specifics about my custom car, so I called the office with some questions, which they patiently answered. They delivered my car within the estimated time frame and in the same condition it was when they picked it up. Highly recommend Nationwide.
First, I didn’t find a driver for the appropriate time i want to ship my cars on. So I selected earlier pick up.
Second, they charged me more because I had put some stuff in cars even I had asked and was told I’m allowed as long they are not exceeding the windows level.
Third, I received the car covered with dirts and rain. When I washed it two days after receiving it I discovered a hit at the back.
And finally the driver who called Shannon was very rude, he didn’t call before he arrive, and showed earlier than the time he scheduled with us the day before. He kept yelling and shouting and threatening us to raise the charge. His supervisor didn’t help at all and neglect my complaints!!!
