Got the car on time – ahead of time, actually, since I stayed up for a late night delivery – driver was in touch once picked up the car (from a dealership) and was very friendly. Minus 1 star because dispatch was incredibly rude and angry for no reason.

I was given an estimated pick-up day. Around 2 pm on that day, I called dispatch to see if pickup was going to be that day so I could let the dealership know, and they said the driver is an hour out, which I conveyed to the dealer. Around 5 pm, the dealer said the driver had not arrived. I called dispatch a second time, and they said “he is there now.” I told the dealer. Around 5:30, the dealer said he still did not see anyone, so I called dispatch a third time to ask if there was any problem, wrong address, etc, because I was told the driver was “there” but the dealer said he is not. The dispatcher yelled at me for calling “11 times in 30 minutes,” and hastily explained that the driver is in the area doing another pickup and will get to my dealer soon. Completely unnecessary explosion.

But, in the end, I got my car and it all worked out.

I purchased a vehicle in Milwaukee, WI to be transported to Southern California. Estimated delivery to be done 4 days later. No issues with that. I received a call from driver the day before the schedule delivery, he mentioned he will deliver that night. 11 pm (Do NOT accept delivery at night) In order to do a proper inspection of vehicle you will need proper lighting. Upon delivery, we noticed vehicle was not being driven off the trailer. (car was driven onto the top of trailer) When we asked driver (language barrier was another issue) he mentioned battery was dead. I noticed some damaged on front end of vehicle prior to being taken off trailer, I took pictures. Car unloaded and had to be pushed into my garage, Inside garage I asked driver what had happened with damaged, he mentioned it was there when picked up. I asked for pictures. (keep in mind I got pictures and video of car when it was being loaded on trailer by seller) he mentioned they are on his report on the phone that would be email to me. With no more bill of lading paperwork being able to write down your views and make notes on delivery. When we contacted the carrier, by the way they did NOT answer until my 5th called 3 days later (they claimed no voice messages were left) Not surprised. Viktor mentioned he will need to review paperwork, I asked Viktor to send me his drivers pick up and delivery pictures to compare them to what I got from seller. Never have I received the report driver and I did upon delivery via email, nor do I expect it now. At the end of day I called Viktor again he mentioned that drivers report did NOT have any comments and since his driver never had any issues, all they can do is refund me $200.00 because of the good business relationship they have with seller, for an estimated damaged of $7500..00 at least.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Dishonesty is their biggest issue.

`Very unsatisfactory! I had high expectations for this company because of the good reviews but my experience was the total opposite. Lack of communication and total misinformation. I was not given any peace of mind throughout the process. I had to ask them multiple times for my car to be delivered even when they were already days delayed from their established delivery date. My car was picked up on Saturday (7/20) from Illinois and was delivered to me in California on Monday (7/29). Took 10 days, almost 11! At pick up, I was told that my car was to arrive in California on Wednesday (7/24). When it didn’t arrive, I never received any calls nor updates. I called them on Thursday and spoke to Viktor. I was told that my car should be arriving Thursday/Friday and that the driver would call me the day before to give me an ETA. Of course I didn’t receive any calls on Wednesday, so I was expecting a call on Thursday. Never received a call. So I called again on Friday and spoke to Roxie. She said she’d call the driver and call me back for an update. Didn’t receive a call back. I called them again, no answer. Saturday came. I called again & spoke to Viktor again. He said he spoke to the driver and that my car should arrive Saturday night or Sunday morning and that the driver would call me to let me know. Never received any call again. Sunday came and still no update about my car. This was way past their established delivery date. I needed my car to arrive before Tuesday for work. I had to stress this to them and was told my car would come Monday or Tuesday. We were finally given the driver’s number on Sunday. I called and it went to voicemail. Left a voicemail, no call back. I called the driver again on Monday and was told that he didn’t have any idea that the car was supposed to be delivered sooner. It’s scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday. But I was adamant my car had to be delivered by Monday as it was way past the due date. I was not reassured it would arrive that same day. So I called eagle auto transport (the company who directed my order to Next Mile auto). Spoke to Paul and was told that the driver will deliver my car on Tuesday morning. Again, I stressed that I need my car for work on Tuesday morning. Paul said he’d talk to the driver. Few moments later, I get a call from Roxie to tell me that my car will be delivered Monday night. Finally! When the driver dropped off my car, he told me he picked up my car on Friday but has it scheduled to be delivered Monday/Tuesday. He doesn’t even work over the weekend so he couldn’t have been able to deliver it then! I can’t wrap my mind around it. It didn’t make sense to me that I was told my car would arrive all those days (even over the weekend) yet it wasn’t even scheduled to arrive Monday/Tuesday? I would at least appreciate transparency on their part instead of just keeping my hopes up and making me wait everyday on nothing. I had to change my schedule around to ensure that I’ll be in the area for when my car gets delivered. Turned out it wasn’t even gonna be delivered on those days anyway.
