victor is unprofessional, I got him thru Uship and he gives me a fair price to take my car from Copar CA. and bring to Miami, Fl.
since day one, we make arrangement to pick up and hold the car until he has or find someone to bring to Florida.
A week pass and he still keeps saying “I got it” and I keep paying storage on a daily basis based on his fake promises, after week pass he says can’t pick up the car because the rated going up and he can’t keep the old price, and the storage I’m paying is my responsibility. I found another real company and the case is closed. my experience with Next Mile auto transport. “Stay WAY”.
I could not have been happier shipping my Range Rover Evoque with this company.
My initial point of contact was Viktor and he was very professional. As soon as I signed the contract, he was able to find a trucker for me. The pickup estimate was given on Apr 27 and estimated delivery date was given on May 3. Due to some technical issues, my car was picked a day later but it got delivered on May 2. Very fast and reliable. Very shady companies out there who tries to take the deposit before they load your vehicle into the truck. Viktor was able to charge my card only after my vehicle has been loaded into the truck.
They even give you 100 lbs of cargo space to load your stuff. Awesome.
They even had the tracking system to let you know where you vehicle is. Driver was very responsive whenever you need some information. Hassle free and Highly recommended.
