They pitched me with their great ratings to get the job! They must have friends and family post for them because great service is the furthest thing for the truth. I’m in California, family still in Michigan. Set up the job, never argued the price, jumped through hoops to get the vehicle dropped off at a dealership to be picked up for their convenience. I was first told Thursday or Friday, I told them I need a specific day because of my circumstances. I was e-mailed Friday July 28th between 1pm – 4pm. No show, no call, no ones answering the 561 705-6416 phone number, but they did when they wanted the work. If you still choose to use them, make sure you double book the job if you have a time crunch because they are not reliable. Not sure why people just can’t say no, I don’t think i can do it rather than jack you around?
First and only negative review for a company but when you are given a pickup day, its moved three times then you are ignored despite multiple voicemails and messages left with owner and secretary this is what you get. This was a company recommended by a dealer who does business with them regularly so I was confident but this quickly turned into a nightmare. Adequate time was given to pickup vehicles, price was agreed, contract signed, CC info rendered and then the company contact disappeared. I was relying on this company to help me with my move across the country and ended up getting burned…bad. I was without the vehicles for two weeks while trying to coordinate with another company and friends near my previous home. This may not seem like a big deal at first but when you move to a city across the country and don’t know anyone this just adds to the stress exponentially. Being that this was over two months ago you can only imagine who infuriating this was to be submitting the review now but buyer beware, this needs to be said.
This company is very professional and for the first time my car was delivered when they said it would be.
I have shipped quite a few cars and these guys are the best I’ve ever used!
