This was my 2nd time using them, they transported my daughter’s vehicle out of state in 10/2021… Welll, after she decided to move back home ( FML) I called them again to bring the vehicle back in 2022. I got the same great service as before and a discount for booking and paying within 24hrs.
I was having trouble trying to pay online, the reservation was under my daughter’s name but the credit card under mine ( mama always got the money!) and so it wasn’t working but a very nice lady helped me pay by phone, sent my receipt to my email immediately and we were all set..
The car was picked up on time and delivered on time.
Transporting a vehicle across the states is not cheap and can be overwhelming but you will get great customer service, you will get updates and communication, everything you need to feel good about the transaction.
I have recommended them to 2 people who also had good experiences.. I highly recommend Orange Auto.

Basically I have to wait and hope that I am not going to get in a pickle by not having other choices…

You get what you pay for. It’s one of the cheaper options out there, but you’ll pay for it another way. Don’t expect to have much communication from them. Expect them to ignore your requests about delivery dates. Expect the delivery date to ruin your plans. Be prepared not to get reimbursed for any car rentals, ubers, time offs you had to take cause of it. Get told to just “enjoy the time off” when you call to complain. Sure let me sit in my empty house and burn more money on ubers and doordash. Which btw I recommend reserving a rental beforehand cause right now there’s no cars available to rent cause of covid shortages. My car even arrived dirty as hell. Dirt inside the car and out. Someone even messed with my infotainment system. Y’all are literally moving the car 10 feet on and off a truck what the heck are you doing messing with my nav and my A/C. No communication from Orange after my payment. I’m just glad my car wasn’t damaged because I can’t imagine how much of a headache it’d be to deal with these guys with something like that. 2 stars for doing the bare minimum and getting my car to it’s destination.
