They will take your money, but they won’t do the job right. When I asked why? They said ” it wasn’t worth it.” So I decided to cancel it. When I canceled it they refused to give my money back. Basically they STOLE my money.
I had the good fortune to use Orange Auto Transport to hv a driver pick up & deliver my SUV.
From Penny who was informative & patient took the call then Nick with texts very responsive all the way through to give me further information from Allied communicated with me then the driver took over. The entire process was efficient, seamless & very minimal stress which is extraordinary in a potentially highly charged situation regarding your vehicle.
The driver Tomas was the tops too! It was rainy when he came not to mention earlier than expected.it was pouring rain out, he follows company rules where he could park the transport car he was in, so he drove my car to me & walked back in the rain even though not too far the effort was refreshing & appreciated.
I would use them & only them from here on. They hv a great team, on point, totally competent:)
And No, no one is paying me to say this lol .. but I believe in giving reviews that are deserving whether very good or very bad. Orange Auto Transport gets a thumbs up for sure. They hv my business, great team work delivers great results.
