Proceed with caution if you’re considering this company. After submitting my request online, I refrained from confirming on their site, as it explicitly stated that only a deposit would secure a pickup date. Pushy communication, via email, text and phone calls. Despite this, they went ahead with my request without any agreements or deposit. Additionally, they attempted to divert my order to another vendor without my consent. The handling of my car seemed subpar, possibly due to the confusion caused by the duplicate order with this company. Overall, my experience with this company was fraught with negligence and disregard for proper procedures. Would never recommend or use this transport company.
Edit 2/10/2024: My order was “assigned” to a carrier. It was not “confirmed”. Orders cannot be confirmed until the deposit is made so this is not my mistake. I did not follow up with your company and your company still placed an order without my consent. You also tried to hijack the order from the other vendor I was working with because your Order Number did not match with the “working” Order Number. My car was picked up with the correct “working” Order Number and yours was delayed by a day. On your website it clearly states orders are not “confirmed, scheduled, picked up” without the deposit. Again, I never followed up with your company and I did not place the deposit to move forward with your company. I didn’t sign a contract to have my car transported via your company. You had no right to move forward with my order. And of course you had to cancel my order, my car was gone – it was picked up by the correct company with the matching Order Number. What? Are you going to pick up an invisible car?? The timing of your “scheduled” pick up was unprofessional too. There was no indication or communication my car would be picked up from anyone at your company. No emails or messages. Only emails and messages about depositing the funds. It was concerning when I received a call from an outside vendor that they were arriving at 8PM-9PM. Who schedules a pick up at 8PM at night?? I also was not “working” with multiple vendors – I requested and compared prices with multiple vendors like most smart consumers do. Please do not fabricate my story. What kind of company goes out of their way to do that?? I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone I know… Really unprofessional.

Thank you to Dymitry! We contracted him through Orange Auto Transport to take our son’s car from California to Pennsylvania. Within minutes we were scheduling the pick up for the next day! He was reliable and in constant communication with us and our son in Pennsylvania. And delivery was on time!
