I contacted Orange Auto, requested a quote and received it within a day. The price was very reasonable. The customer service got back with me in a timely manner and let me know when I would be receiving a call from the driver. The driver picked up our vehicle in a professional manner and transported it to our destination with no issues. Our vehicle was delivered with no scratches and was right on time!

I shipped my 2021 Ford Mustang Mach e from Los Angeles to Kansas City in November with Orange Auto Transport. Their price was a little higher than competitors but assured me it’s because they provide insurance, quality of service and gave me a long lecture about how shady this industry is.
The carrier came 3 hours late for pickup but that’s fine. The drop off was 2 hours late but that’s fine. What was not fine, was my display screen where we control the heater was broken. (It was 20-30 degrees in KC and I have a newborn and a toddler) So we couldn’t turn on the heater in the car. I gave them a call and I was baffled by their response – they are only liable for exterior damage and not inside. They absolutely had 0 empathy and were extremely unprofessional. I couldn’t get them to understand that they broke a completely well fine working car / screen and I’m driving around in freezing cold with a newborn and a toddler. They kept saying they are not liable.
Thankfully we had warranty so we didn’t have to pay for the repair but we had to wait for the part to come in so I was driving in freezing cold to get our essentials and buy furnitures for the move for 10 days. It was absolutely terrible.
If they even showed little sympathy or were a little apologetic, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Please, heed my advice if you are thinking about shipping your car with this company – they don’t care about you or your car. Just money.
