Passport was great. Chris worked with me to get the car picked up within a tight window, and Andy kept me updated as he drove. Pickup and drop-off were quick and efficient, with plenty of heads-up they were coming.
Very professional, and everything was in order – can’t ask for more.
I would use Passport Transport in the future for all of my vehicle moves. EXCELLENT communication, reasonable prices, experienced drivers, GPS tracking the entire trip of you car, EVERYTHING about Passport Transport is first class. They are a carrier and not a broker. Door to door service, no hidden costs, EASY pick up and drop off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND …give yourself a piece of mind. Your vehicle will be safe with Passport. They use nylon ties and have semis with hydraulic lifts for low profile cars. Wayne was my transport driver and he always kept me informed and notified me 24 hours prior to drop off. The company’s GPS tracker gives you an idea of when your vehicle will arrive.
Big complaint is that it took just 1 week less than 3 months for my vehicle to be delivered from the time I booked the shipment. Passport was not particularly good with communication, to find out status I would have to reach out and ask what was happening, they did not give me updates. I was promised on several occasions that my truck would be picked up but it did not happen. In the end the Operations Manager had to get involved and even at that it took a couple more weeks for the pick up. The truck diver did a good job and my vehicle arrived safe but they still had a mix up on my phone number which complicated the delivery. Since delivery there has been no follow up to check on the delivery or to inquire about my satisfaction. Seems like a decent company but given my experience I would not use them again and would not recommend them. There are others out there that provide much better service. I regularly do vehicle shipping so I have experience and this is the worse that I have encountered.
