They are a middle man company, do NOT call them or even ask them for a quote, they will lie to you like they did to me, then they will ask you for a $100 deposit on some scammy website BEFORE they even contact the carrier. They promised me $700, and someone by the name of Ryan said he needs to contact the carrier, rude, belligerent, in your face type of guy. Said I need to “sleep on it” before he could talk to me again. Then he went on to say that he needs $200 to sign a contract, and then he went on to say something like, “This is not going to work out, I don’t think I can work with you.” Then hung up on me. Don’t waste your time with ANY middle men.
I had to call my credit card company to dispute the $139 they charged me without delivering a driver for an auto shipment, within my time frame which is before July 20th. Additionally, one of their employees agreed to refund as she knew I was inappropriately charged. In addition, they did not contact me first. Portkick called my friends who had the car who wasn’t available the next day to handover the car. We did not agree on that date nor did they offer another immediately. I was told that Ryan Goss prematurely charged my credit card – a deposit fee of $125 plus a non-refundable $14 which they do not tell you but slid it into the agreement. In trying to work it out, I did agree to give Pam, the 22 year old dispatcher, 24 hours to find another driver. If she didn’t deliver she would refund me. She told me on Monday, that the refund that she put through on Sunday morning was denied by Matt Guarneri and that she had not received confirmation from the second driver. I was never notified of any other driver hence why I was calling to cancel and book with another company. Be aware! They are crooks.
